Care instructions

To keep your olive wood gnocchi board in tip-top condition, wipe it with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid immersing it in water or using harsh detergents. Dry it immediately and store it in a dry place. Occasionally apply a light coat of olive oil to preserve the wood. Do not put in the dishwasher.

How to use

To use the gnocchi maker, start by preparing the gnocchi dough. Cut the dough into small pieces and shape into balls. Place a ball on the gnocchi maker and, using light pressure, slide the ball down the side of the gnocchi maker with your thumb, creating the characteristic lines. Repeat the process for each gnocchi. The lines will help the gnocchi hold the sauce better during cooking.
