Wash the Neapolitan coffee maker by hand, with hot water only and no soap. Soap can get into the joints and spoil the taste of the coffee. Dry well before putting away. Not for use on induction hobs.

1. Fill the part without the spout with water, to just below the small hole. 2. Put in the filter, fill it with ground coffee without pressing it down, and close it with its lid. 3. Fit the part with the spout on top, with the spout pointing downwards. 4. Put the coffee maker on the hob over a low heat. 5. When a wisp of steam or a few drops of water come out of the small hole, take it off the heat and turn the coffee maker upside down. 6. Wait a few minutes for the coffee to drip through completely. 7. Remove the top part and the filter, then serve.
